Pressure Control Valve Solenoid Controlled Relief Valve is a combination of relief valve and solenoid valve. Solenoid valve of hydraulic components is directly mounted on the relief valve and connected with the relief valve vent.
Piping between the two valves is eliminated as the solenoid valve is directly mounted on the relief valve and connected with the relief valve vent. Pump pressure may be unloaded remotely by an electrical signal to the solenoid, or by connecting the pilot relief valve to the solenoid valve ports.
By checking on an electrical signal to the solenoid, or connecting pilot relief valves to the solenoid valve ports could unloaded pump pressure easily.
The structure of this type of Solenoid Control Relief Valve in hydraulic services is simple, and is normally used for general traditional machine.
The direction of the oil flow is determined by the position of a spool.
